Vivian was a professional musician, soloist and music teacher in China and Canada. She was employed by Shanghai Opera House at the age of 17 as Yangqin soloist before moving to Canada. She was also employed by York University Music Faculty teaching Chinese music for ten years. She recorded number of personal CDs featuring her solo playing as well as duet and ensemble. She also performed with many symphony orchestras and won number of competitions as yangqin soloist both in China and Canada.

She has been very active in the real estate market and received sales award from TREB within one year. Vivian is known by her clients as a skilled negotiator who always puts client needs before all else. She prides herself on her knowledge of and ability to educate her clients about the local real estate market, helping her clients realize the best possible price for their home in the least amount of time regardless selling or buying. Vivian is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghai dialect. Her team includes lawyers, mortgage brokers, renovators, moving companies etc. which provides unsurpassed before and after sell service.
